Join Julie in this transformational program designed to strengthen your relationship with God as you improve your health & well-being.  

Maybe you've noticed your body changing or responding differently now that you've hit mid-life.  Maybe you've searched for and even tried several diets and/or exercise programs in the past.  Did well for a while, but then got frustrated when it either didn't work for you or wasn't something you could stick with long-term.  

I've been there, done that, too.  

That's why I brought together my scientific nursing and health educator background, my health coach training and my Christian faith to understand how we can fuel and move our bodies according to God's design - and enjoy the journey to better health & well-being.  Especially as we navigate through the hormonal and general life changes our 40's, 50's, 60's and beyond brings.  

Pray. Eat. Move. Transforming YOU! is an on-line program divided into 6 major modules and 2 extra modules.  The Welcome Module has everything you need to know to get off to an amazing start.  And the What's Next Module will help you figure out the best way for you to move forward and make these new habits stick.  

The other 6 Modules include a 10-15 minute video explaining the weekly theme with questions and journal prompts to help you explore the best ways for you to pray often, eat well & move more. 

Each module also includes 7 optional lessons.  Each with a short, 2-4 minute video and journaling prompts.  Definitely not required, but perfect for those who want to take deeper dive and would like a structured daily practice. 

Each week, you'll receive a new workbook, filled with the weekly (and optional daily) activities and several journaling prompts you can use.   You can print it out or just use a notebook to record your answers and journal if you like.

You'll receive at least 1 new guided meditation each week that relates to the weekly theme.  Most weeks will include a bonus meditation too!

You'll also receive unlimited, life-time access to all the lessons, guided meditations as well as access to our Private Facebook Community, just for my paid program participants.
